Ready to register your child?

Here’s How:

Step 1: Fill out registration form

Fill out this form and bring it to the office. You can also stop by and fill one out in person.

Step 2: Bring additional forms

3 year olds need:

  • a copy of birth certificate

  • shot record

  • physical

  • $100 deposit

4 year old/VPK families need:

  • shot record

  • physical

  • a certificate of eligibility from the Early Learning Coalition - www.elcfv.org.

Step 3: Receive orientation info

When you come to finalize registration, we will provide you additional information you’ll need regarding payment, pick-up/drop-off times, and entry information.

You’ll receive a key fob that will allow you to enter the school entrance (located on the east side of the building) during the program’s designated pick-up/drop-off time.

You’ll also receive a booklet with additional information about our policies, programming, and school calendar.
